This thread is locked. I did the ‘clena boot process. I can hear these streams when using WM player or Real Player. Visga up having non microsoft services disabled and still can’t capture video.

Register a new account. What you see there should show as a choice in the Capture app. If so see if you can choose one of them that will make the Capture work. How satisfied are you with this response?

Video Capture Problems – Microsoft Community
It should show sound devices. Check “show disabled devices”. I an having trouble capturing anlog video composite connections. If they’re disabled Roxio won’t see them. In Vista a lot of this has to do with your Sound device. Not sure what you have checked but try this. When I try to capture Analog video I get an error screen stating the ‘device vist not available or is being used by another application’.
